Journey to Excellence
Journey to Excellence is an award-winning mentoring and induction model created for Iowa schools and AEAs that focuses learning projects for beginning educators on each of the Iowa Teaching Standards. It was created by a team from ISEA, the Iowa Department of Education, school districts, and AEAs. It is designed to provide meaningful support for beginning educators, to prepare and support mentors with quality preparation, and be affordable. It is focused, yet flexible.
