ISEA's community college faculty members play a key role in preparing Iowans for the jobs of the future and in keeping Iowa's economy vital and strong. Today, NEA has the largest college and university faculty and staff membership in the United States, representing more than 200,000 higher education employees in public and private institutions nationwide.
When you're a member of ISEA/NEA, you have support and access to resources you can't get anywhere else including a seat at the table when decisions are made that affect your profession, vast resources and the latest research data to help your local team bargain a good contract. The ISEA/NEA strongly supports the efforts to safeguard intellectual freedom, professional integrity, tenure, and the right to a voice in academic governance.
