The ISEA Educator Bill of Rights was developed through statewide meetings, listening posts, in-depth surveys, and dedicated input from our ESP members. This document represents the collective, powerful voice of K-12 educators, AEA staff, higher education faculty, our invaluable Education Support Professionals, our retired members who built this system, and the aspiring educators we are fighting to keep here.
